We have a standard oven and a fridge / freezer. There are a small number of plates and cups but we recommend you bring your own as these are for centre use and are in limited quantities.

You can use all equipment at the centre with your hire - this includes access to the shed, all toys, the water play area, all trestle tables (4 x standard and 2 x kids trestles), children and adult chairs . Please ensure you watch your children and treat these items and toys as your own.

Yes you can but these must be removed during clean up. The use of water balloons is not allowed. Please be mindful that we do have baby sessions that run at the playgroup, so all rubbish must be removed and taken with you after your party as rubbish can cause a choking hazard for small children.

0-5 years old. Our insurance does not cover children over 5 years of age.

Yes you can but this must be in limited quantities. The centre is not for hire for adult parties, our insurance does not cover this.

An email with instructions on how to access the key will be sent 24 hours prior to your booking.

This can take up to ten days. If there is an issue with your bond being refunded you will be contacted 2-3 days after your party. If no contact is made the assumption can be made that the bond is on its way back to your account if you have provided your bank details on the booking form.

More toys and upgrades to our facility for the children to enjoy. All volunteers give their precious time for free and all monies raised from parties go back into the centre for the children.

We do not recommend more than 50 people inside the centre. You can utilise the outside of the centre to fit extra people if you have a large group.

No, the centre does not have a working phone. If you have a question volunteers can be reached via email and are responsive to this. Most volunteers work and have children of their own, but will reply to a query via email should you have a question.

Yes, but, if the furniture is not put back where it was found originally at the end of your party this can be grounds for bond deduction.

The centre is used during the week by paying members and furniture is placed where it is for a reason. Our cleaner comes once a week and is not expected to put furniture back in its correct location. This can cost the playgroup extra time for additional cleaning.

The capacity of the venue will be dependent on the retrictions in effect at the time of your party as set by the WA State Government.

The main hall and open air kitchen are ~100sqm and there is a large fenced outdoor area as well as verandah.

Assuming that all attendees will be inside at one point the limit would be 25 people if the 4sqm rule is in effect and 50 people if the 2sqm rule is in effect.

It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure all COVID restrictions are complied with.
